This folder contains following pak files:

DentonDLL.pk4
DentonDllKit.pk4
bloom.pk4
SuperShotgun.pk4
bja_lostfacilitykit.pk4

#DentonDLL.pk4: This file, when copied to doom3\dentonmod folder, enables you to play the mod with Doom 3 patched to V1.3.0

# DentonDllKit.pk4 contains changed defs and scripts so that the new dll works with the vanilla Doom 3 assets. Useful if you only want to utilize features of new dll and dont want to use any of the dentonmod assets. 

Usage: just place DentonDLL.pk4 and DentonDllKit.pk4 in your doom3\mod folder or doom3\base folder.

Note that, DentonDllKit.pk4 does not contain files needed for the bloomshader. Therefore, if you plan to use only this file, add this line to your autoexec.cfg: seta "r_bloom" "0"

# bloom.pk4 contains materials and shader programs required for the bloom program. This pak file should used along with DentonDLL.pk4 and DentonDllKit.pk4.

# SuperShotgun.pk4: If you want to add Super-Shotgun to your own mod and none of the other dentonmod assets, then copy DentonDLL.pk4, DentonDllKit.pk4 and SuperShotgun.pk4 to your mod folder. 

#bja_lostfacilitykit.pk4: This file demonstrates how singleplayer map makers can utilize the new material based damage feedback system. There was a SP map called bja_lostfacility which was "featured SP map" for at doom3files.com for many days. If you have downloaded that map, just place that map and bja_lostfacilitykit.pk4 in dentonmod folder, and you are all set to have fun.
