                             Endarchy - v1.0.1

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

What to do...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
A full version of Doom 3 is required. Version 1.3.1 recommended and used
during testing.

Extract the "endarchy" folder to your main Doom 3 folder.

You should now have at least a "base" and an "endarchy" folder.

Start Doom 3 and select "Endarchy (v1.0.1)" from the mod menu index.

Now is a very good time to close the blinds, shut the door and switch off
the light.

Be sure to push your graphics setting to the maximum your system can take.

Ducktape mod
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The "Ducktape mod" by Glen Murphy has been included, but is completly
optionally. If you do not wish to use it, simply remove the "ducktape.pk4"
file from the from the "endarchy" folder.

Thanks
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Huge thanks to Mikko Maatta for supplying extremely good feedback over the
beta releases, over many years of development. Final testing was performed
on a Fedora16 X86_64 Linux system.

Thanks heaps to the other beta testers over the years, and engine changes.

Textures
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
A number of diffused textures have been made by others, these people are:

* Randy Reddig, Shader Lab - http://shaderlab.com/
  - Textures in the endarchy_slab folder

* Thomas "Q-Fraggel" Creutzenberg
  - Textures with the 'qf_' prefix

* Matthew Breit - http://www.lunaran.com/
  - Textures with the 'lun_' prefix

* Undulation - (originally designed for Unreal Tournament)
  - Textures with the 'und_' prefix

* Anything else was put together by me, including the spec, alpha and
  normals for all diffuse textures.
